Timely Signs is a 3rd generation family business started in 1968 by Lucky Goldsmith. Lucky moved the business to Elmont in 1968 where it has flourished ever since. Gene Goldsmith took over management in 1975 and has been the owner since 1981. Timely Signs rebuilt after a massive fire that year. Gene has transformed the business model several times with the changing technologies. Marc is a budding promotional product advisor who also handles day to day operations and loves networking and meeting people.

Gene is a relentless and driven president who strives for the best service and products possible. He won the 2014 business person of the year award for Elmont NY. History:
1966 Started a sign shop
1968 He expanded to mail order, and it was a big hit. Timely Signs was born as a National Sign Company serving over 10% of the new car dealers in America and moved to our present location in Elmont, NY.
1973 Open 2nd store Timely Signs in Kingston NY with wife Jessie. In 1980 he retired at age 50 but helped out at tradeshows for several more years.

Marc runs "Timely Promotions" which is a division of Timely Signs and specializes in helping your company or organization stay remembered with smart targeted promotional gifts. Through careful questioning and vast knowledge of the industry, he will help you find an effective advertising strategy.
